Family Practitioner

The Family Practitioner is a dedicated solo practitioner who provides comprehensive healthcare to patients across all ages, focusing on both pediatric and adult care. This role operates independently while reporting to the Medical Director and Clinic Manager, with no on-call or after-hours duties. The position offers professional growth through continuing medical education and leadership development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions
• Develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
• Provide pediatric care including routine checkups and vaccinations
• Deliver adult patient care involving chronic disease management and preventive care

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in family medicine
• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP CERT)
• Proficiency in patient examination and diagnosis
• Skilled in treatment planning and electronic medical records (EMR) usage
• Strong communication abilities
• Experience with pediatric care

We are a walk in base urgent care open 12 hours a day 6 days a week and 8 hours on Sundays. We strive to provide the best care for our patients. We are open Sundays 11am-7pm, Monday-Saturday 8am-8pm.
