Dinner Sous Chef

Job duties inlcude:

-maintaining consistent food quality

-maintaining cleaning efforts and managing equipment needs

-saute, flat top, frier, general food preparation

-pantry management

-contributing ideas to the food menu

-working with the team to elevate food quality and food knowledge

Julian's has been in operation in the historic Federal Hill area since 1994. Starting from humble beginnings and growing to be the busiest Brunch place in the city. We are a scratch kitchen offering the freshest food we can while also rendering a craft beer program to be reckoned with. We have been honored to see many of our team mates go onto greater adventures as well as seeing our customers and neighbors grow up, get married, have kids, become non profit leaders or international musicians. Our mission statement is "Made by hand with love and imagination" and our byline is food drink, culture. We beleive in Providence and we are looking for like minded people who can have one foot planted in the classics while climbing up that big tree and reaching for the stars.
