As the Qualifier, you will:

• Serve as the company's designated Plumbing Qualifier.
• Maintain all licensing requirements in good standing.
• Ensure compliance with Missouri and local plumbing regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to plumbing technicians.
• Review and support complex plumbing installations and repairs.
• Assist with quality control and code compliance.
• Mentor field personnel and help develop technical talent.
• Support the implementation of operational processes and safety standards.
• Work closely with leadership to help grow the plumbing division.
