Shift: Days (7a-7p)

Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding leadership role in skilled nursing and long-term care? We are hiring an experienced Charge Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care while supporting residents, families, and nursing staff.

As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring quality resident care, supervising CNAs, coordinating daily clinical operations, and helping create a positive environment for residents and staff.

Charge Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies

  • Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

  • Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers

  • Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations

  • Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Charge Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:
  • Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri

  • CPR/BLS certification required

  • 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a nursing team
