Customer Service Representatives

Bill Speidel Enterprises Inc., operator of the world-famous Underground Tour in Seattle, is seeking honest, hard-working, courteous Customer Service Professionals with excellent cash-handling skills to serve as Receptionists, Cashiers, Ticket Agents and Retail Clerks.

Responsibilities include ticket and retail sales, cash handling, telephone reception, courteously greeting customers and answering questions, and promoting tours and related products, in a high-volume, fast-paced, fun setting.

Must be extremely ethical, organized, punctual, thorough and very dependable.

Preferred: College or equivalent post-secondary degree, plus 2 years minimum professional experience, including with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Part-time and full-time positions available. Flexible hours, including day, evening and weekend shifts.

Wage range: $23-24 per hour.
