Responsibilities
- Compound, prepare, mix, manufacture, and dispense medicines with a high level of technical and organizational skill.
- Oversee proper handling, usage, and storage of drugs in the pharmacy; maintain departmental standards.
- Translate policies and procedures into daily operation and clinical activities within the pharmacy.
- Supervise and train assigned technical personnel; supervise technical support activities within the pharmacy.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality assurance activities for safe and effective medication use.

Requirements
- Experience performing Sr. Pharmacist duties including compounding, preparation, and dispensing of medicines.
- Supervisory experience with technical personnel and ability to train staff.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills; capable of translating policies into daily clinical operations.
- Ability to work in a hospital pharmacy setting and manage workflow on a rotating schedule.
- Knowledge of proper drug handling, usage, and storage practices to maintain safety and compliance.
