Location: Myerstown, PA
Schedule: Part-Time | 8 Hours Bi-Weekly | Every Other Sunday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our skilled nursing team in Myerstown, PA.
The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to answer phones, greet residents, visitors, vendors, and guests, and assist with administrative tasks in a professional and timely manner while creating a welcoming environment for everyone entering the facility.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, and guests
Assist with administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain a professional and organized reception area
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
Assist with clerical duties, including filing, copying, and data entry as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent computer skills required
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or medical records role preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
