Responsibilities
Lead by Example: Supervise and coordinate the activities of nurses and other healthcare staff on the weekend shifts, ensuring that our high standards of care are consistently met.
Clinical Expertise: Provide direct patient care, assess and manage patient conditions, and develop personalized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
Team Leadership: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication, and recognizing staff achievements and contributions.
Mentorship: Provide guidance, education, and support to junior staff members, helping them to grow professionally and develop their skills.
