Job Summary:

Upscale Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Glendale, AZ. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Our Caregivers are the heart of our organization, and we are committed to empowering you to provide the highest level of care and service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care

• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

• Maintain accurate records of client care, including daily notes, medication logs, and vital signs

• Collaborate with our team of caregivers and supervisors to ensure continuity of care and exceptional client outcomes

• Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and understanding in all interactions with clients and their families

• $16 - $18 HOURLY compensation package, with opportunities for growth and development

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a caregiver or in a related healthcare field

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications or training
