About the Role:
Montebello Children's Dentistry is looking for a creative and driven Dental Marketer to help grow our practice and connect families in the Montebello community with exceptional pediatric dental care. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by building brand awareness and bringing smiles to more kids in the area!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new pediatric dental patients
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
- Plan and coordinate community outreach events, school visits, and local partnerships
- Monitor and manage online reputation, including Google reviews and patient feedback
- Create promotional materials such as flyers, newsletters, and digital ads
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with front office staff to align marketing efforts with patient experience goals
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in dental, healthcare, or a related field
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and digital marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge local marketing strategies
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for serving families and children
