· Design, develop, and maintain SmartComm correspondence templates and document solutions.
· Configure and customize customer communication workflows using Smart Communications CCM.
· Implement business requirements for policy letters, statements, notices, and customer correspondence.
· Develop and support PDF generation and document composition solutions.
· Perform template enhancements, compliance driven updates, and production fixes.
· Analyze incidents and provide L2/L3 production support.
· Troubleshoot document generation, batch processing, and integration issues.
· Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
· Participate in release management, deployment, and post production support activities.
· Support migration projects from legacy CCM platforms such as xPression, Documaker, or other correspondence systems. Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, and documentation standards.
