Industrial Fluid Solutions is seeking a hands-on, motivated Fluid Technician to deliver top-tier service in fluid maintenance, machinery cleaning, and product delivery. As a fluid technician, you'll build trusted relationships with our customers while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Experience working with CNC machines is valuable experience for this role, but not required.
Positions available in Sheboygan, Racine, or Milwaukee area!
What You'll Do
- Maintain and manage metalworking fluids at customer sites
- Safely remove and replace fluids, lubricants, and components
- Clean production machinery and washers to meet high standards
- Monitor inventory and reorder supplies through Vendor Managed Inventory
- Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and accurate documentation
- Deliver products and maintain company vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers and uphold safety standards
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 3–12 months of related experience or training
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and adapt to changing tasks
- Comfortable with physical demands: lifting, standing, climbing, and traveling
