What You'll Do:
- Receive, track, and submit new hire phone requests and device orders through web portals, coordinating delivery ahead of each start date and managing backfill stock
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for new equipment activations, troubleshooting, corporate email setup, and personal to corporate account transfers
- Walk users through the self-service web portal and provide customer training and information requests as needed
- Serve as a liaison between general IT support groups and cellular carriers, and assist with login and portal issues
- Manage all wireless device and service orders, monthly cancellations for zero-use lines, and service reporting requests
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience collaborating with wireless carriers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual presentation tools
- Experience providing customer support
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, mindfulness, and the ability to manage confidential information
