Housekeeper - Bosque Residences at Waterline (Luxury Lease Up)

SUMMARY

As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our multifamily community. This position is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and inviting environment for residents, guests, and prospective tenants. The Housekeeper will perform a variety of cleaning tasks in common areas, offices, model units, and vacant apartments, contributing to a positive first impression and enhancing resident satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and other common areas.

• Vacuum, dust, mop, and polish floors and surfaces.

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of laundry rooms and fitness centers.

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring a move-in ready condition.

• This may include cleaning appliances, fixtures, and surfaces, as well as removing trash and debris.

• Clean and maintain the leasing office, clubhouse, and other administrative spaces.

• Ensure that model units are clean, presentable, and ready for tours.

• Perform regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and vacant units to identify any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Report any issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.

• Interact with residents, guests, and prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.

• Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a timely and helpful manner.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least one year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning procedures.

• Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

• Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
