East Carolina Health & Rehabilitation Center in Greenville, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our growing team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA)

What You'll Do

  • Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.

  • Administer medications as prescribed and in accordance with scope of practice.

  • Document medication administration accurately and timely in resident’s medical record.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

  • Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.

  • Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.

  • Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.

  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.

  • Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

What You Need

  • Active unencumbered certification as a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) in North Carolina.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
