Fulltime Automotive Dealership Parts Counter

Job Summary:
Responsible for selling Automotive parts and company products via face to face interaction customers and technician’s and handle inbound and outbound phone calls.

JOB DUTIES:

· Generate revenue by selling and promoting sales of parts and existing products.

· Assist walk-in customers with sales and services responding to questions about pricing and arrival times.

· Process and review orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data.

· Directly receive and process payment from walk-in customers.

· Observe changes in inventory to insure minimum stocking levels.

· Assist with daily housekeeping duties.

· Assume other duties as assigned.

• · Familiarity with in-house DMS systems.
• · Must be able to work in collaboration with others
• · Must have attention to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
• · Must be able to communicate effectively and be a team player.
• · Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
• · Must be organized and a self-starter.
• Must have a valid driver's license
