We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop Assistant / Warehouse Associate to help keep our technicians equipped and our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming HVAC equipment and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shop.
• Pull and stage materials for daily service calls and installations.
• Stock technician vehicles with tools, parts, and supplies.
• Deliver parts and materials to job sites as needed.
• Pick up materials from local suppliers.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control.
• Load and unload equipment safely.
• Keep the yard, shop, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Assist technicians and installers with miscellaneous shop and warehouse needs.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• HVAC, warehouse, or construction experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
