About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Inside Sales Rep team member to join our Marietta division. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a highly collaborative setting.

Experience in the promotional products industry, screen printing, and/or embroidery is highly preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator or Photoshop) is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do:

Your responsibilities will vary based on business needs but will include:

• Assisting customers with orders and delivering top-tier service
• Acting as the primary internal representative of the company
• Communicating customer requirements to the support team in accordance with company policies
• Educating customers on our products, services, and capabilities
• Building strong relationships with customers and teammates
• Answering product and service inquiries, taking orders, and handling customer concerns professionally
• Determining charges for services and coordinating billing
• Continuously identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction and business processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly collaborative and dependable team players who take pride in their work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, including experience conducting customer needs assessments and evaluating satisfaction
• Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
• Critical thinking skills to assess and resolve challenges effectively
• Basic computer proficiency (you’ll use our proprietary software daily)
• Strong attention to detail—careless mistakes can be costly in our industry
• Experience in the promotional products industry, screen printing, or embroidery is a big plus
• Experience in the sign industry is a plus, but not required
• Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) are a bonus and may be helpful in supporting design-related needs
