The HVAC Technician will independently and collaboratively service residential and commercial properties, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This role involves diagnosing system issues, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering excellent customer service. Occasional travel to various job sites is required to support diverse client needs.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform regular maintenance and preventive care of HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system malfunctions
- Diagnose system issues to optimize performance
- Ensure safety compliance across all work activities
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate effectively with team members when needed
- Travel occasionally to multiple job sites
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC system installation
- Strong system diagnostics skills
