We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to guide people operations and support business objectives in Santa Clara, California. This position partners closely with leadership to foster a positive employee experience, maintain regulatory compliance, and strengthen core HR programs across the organization. The role also provides oversight for HR administration, benefits, employee relations, and talent processes while helping improve systems and workflows.

Responsibilities:
• Direct daily HR activities and provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to members of the human resources team.
• Partner with managers to address employee concerns, interpret workplace policies, and support fair, consistent employment practices.
• Conduct and manage employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and resolution of workplace issues.
• Oversee benefits administration, leave programs, workers’ compensation matters, and workplace accommodation processes.
• Lead hiring efforts by coordinating recruiting activities, onboarding plans, and new employee orientation to support a smooth start for new hires.
• Manage performance review cycles, employee development efforts, and broader talent management initiatives that support retention and growth.
• Monitor adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations and ensure required HR records and reporting are completed accurately.
• Use HRIS and related tools to maintain employee data, review workforce trends, and provide actionable insights to organizational leaders.
• Drive improvements to HR processes, systems, and cross-functional initiatives that increase efficiency and strengthen employee support.
• Coordinate training, compliance, safety, and engagement programs that contribute to a well-informed and connected workforce.• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of progressive human resources experience, including prior leadership or management responsibility.
• Demonstrated background in employee relations, HR administration, benefits, onboarding, and compensation-related programs.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, human resources management systems, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance requirements, and accepted people practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, analyze data carefully, and build effective working relationships across all levels of an organization.
