'14;️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
'14;️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve communication, social skills, and functional independence.
'14;️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
'14;️ Collaborate with OTs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
'14;️ SLPs provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on your experience.
What We’re Looking For:
'05; SLPA - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
'05; Oklahoma SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
'05; Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
'05; Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
