We're a locally owned company founded by two lifelong HVAC professionals with over 15 years in the industry. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial HVAC installs, service, and maintenance – and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Install Lead who can take charge in the field and set the tone for excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish with precision and professionalism.

  • Support and mentor install helpers and junior techs, helping them grow their skills.

  • Occasionally assist with light commercial installs, service calls, and maintenance work.

  • Represent Midwest with integrity, showing up on time, staying professional, and delivering excellent service every time.

  • Ensure job site cleanliness, complete paperwork accurately, and communicate effectively with the team.

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM

  • Overtime during high demand (nights & weekends as needed)

  • Rotating on-call responsibilities

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license & clean driving record

  • EPA Certified; NATE Certification (or willingness to earn within 2 years)

  • Low voltage license preferred

  • Strong technical skills: soldering, sheet metal, wiring, testing tools

  • Ability to train, lead, and communicate with others effectively

  • Passion for doing things the right way, every time
