What You'll Do
- Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of your supervising PT
- Help residents rebuild strength, balance, and the daily-living skills they need to get back to their routines
- Track resident progress and flag changes to the PT
- Support and encourage residents through every session, especially on the hard days
- Document treatments and outcomes accurately and on time, per state and facility guidelines
What You'll Need
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Jersey
- Comfortable working with older adults in a skilled nursing or short-term rehab setting
Preferred:
- Prior experience in sub-acute rehab or home care
- Familiarity with Net Health Therapy documentation software
Other things to know before you apply:
- Annual flu vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions considered)

- $40.00/hour, per diem

Schedule
Per diem, day shifts, with weekend shifts available if you want extra hours.
