PRN Position – Trinity Rehab
Salisbury, NC

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
  • Provide high-quality therapy services in accordance with physician orders and facility guidelines
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for patient-centered care
