• Soil investigations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations
• Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, and cost estimates
• Meet with clients throughout design and construction
• Provide technical oversight and QA guidance
• Mentor, not manage, junior engineers and technical staff
• Support business development efforts
• Help grow the geotechnical practice

Candidate Must Have
'05; Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
'05; 10–15+ years of Geotechnical Engineering experience
'05; Proposal writing experience
'05; Client-facing experience
'05; Strong technical communication skills
'05; Valid driver's license This is a senior leadership and succession hire—not an individual contributor role.
