'14;️ Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
'14;️ Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
'14;️ Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.
'14;️ Maintain accurate documentation using our easy-to-use EMR system.
'14;️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
What We’re Looking For:'05; Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected graduation).
'05; Oklahoma OTA license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
'05; Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
'05; Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
'05; Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
