Banquet Servers

LaborMax Staffing is seeking qualified Banquet Servers to join our catering team on an as-needed basis. These servers will support banquet managers by assisting at a variety of events including social gatherings, corporate functions, weddings, and private parties. This role offers flexible opportunities to supplement income with potential temp-to-hire positions for those demonstrating strong work ethic and professionalism. Candidates will work within a large catering team and may travel occasionally between local event sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and positive customer interaction
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Maintain clean and orderly tables throughout events
• Comply with professional attire guidelines
• Support banquet managers and team members as needed
• Travel locally between event locations when required

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality and banquet serving
