Production Associate

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is currently hiring full-time Production Support team members for our client in Marysville, OH.

Position Details:

- Location: Marysville, OH
- Available Shifts:
- A Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ($17.00/hr)
- B Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM ($19.00/hr)

Pay:

A shift $17/hr

B shift $19/hr

Primary Responsibilities:

- Drive new automobiles through repair and shipping processes.
- Apply protective shipping wrap and grounding strips.
- Support manufacturing, warehouse, and production operations.
- Assemble, sort, inspect, and package parts using hand tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License and the ability to drive a manual transmission.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 12 hours on concrete floors.
- Capability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
- Strong hand-eye coordination for repetitive fine motor tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
