Caregiver - Home Instead

Schedule

• Daytime Shifts Available: 7 days per week (8:00 AM–6:00 PM)

• Overnight Caregiver Available: 9pm-9am

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

• Full-time caregivers must have flexible availability

• Paid one-day orientation

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $18.65/hour

• Weekend shift differential

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Transport clients locally when needed

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Follow individualized care plans

• Participate in required training and orientation

Caregiver Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• HHA, PCA, or experienced caregivers welcome to apply

• Previous home care experience preferred

• Reliable vehicle required

• Clean driving record required

• Registered and insured vehicle

• Candidates under 25 years old must have at least 3 years on an auto insurance policy

• Comfortable driving clients locally when needed

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Ability to perform light housekeeping and personal care
