Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Verify insurance benefits and submit insurance claims
- Discuss treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients
- Assist patients with intake paperwork and payment options
- Process payments and update insurance information
- Help maintain an organized, professional front office environment
- Support schedule management and patient retention efforts
- Coordinate communication between patients and the clinical team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous dental office experience
- Experience with treatment planning and insurance verification
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
Schedule
- Flexible schedule
- Part-time position, approximately 2-3 days per week
- Current office needs may include Thursday through Saturday, though days are subject to change
