Cleaning Specialist – Commercial Facilities

Looking for a dependable, hardworking Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team! This position services an office building in the Garland Texas area.

Schedule

Location: Garland, Texas
Schedule: 8am - 5pm
Pay: 15-17/hr
Reports to: Area Manager

What You’ll Do

• Clean commercial buildings according to established checklists and service standards
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, clean restrooms, remove trash, and complete related tasks
• Create a positive experience for clients, coworkers, and building guests
• Communicate service needs, concerns, and emergencies promptly
• Use cleaning products safely and mix solutions at the correct ratios
• Keep equipment, carts, and janitorial areas clean and organized
• Report damaged or missing equipment
• Clock in and out accurately using our timekeeping system
• Assist at other client locations when scheduling and business needs allow
• Respond professionally to reasonable additional client requests

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to follow health, safety, dress, and personal hygiene standards
• Availability during the required cleaning schedule
• Willingness to take work-related photos or videos when requested by a supervisor
