The Grove Health & Rehab Center is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on a part-time shift.

If you enjoy helping others, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and visitors, we'd love to meet you! As the first point of contact for our facility, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll help create a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of the facility.

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and compassion

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries

• Perform general clerical duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry

• Assist administrative staff with various office tasks and projects

• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming reception area

• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting residents, families, and team members

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred

• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient with basic computer programs and office equipment

• Friendly, dependable, and professional with a positive attitude
