Maintenance Technician – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location: Delavan, WI
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Available Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: $30-$35/hr, based on experience
- 2nd Shift: $28-$36/hr, based on experience
- Must be able to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing team in Delavan. The ideal candidate will have a strong maintenance background with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime
- Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial machinery
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
- Support production by responding to equipment issues in a timely manner
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment
- Experience reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
