Lube & Tire Technicians can grow into full Automotive Technicians, Lead Techs, and Service Advisors across multiple Tampa Bay locations.

Job Summary
As a Lube & Tire Technician, you’ll provide excellent customer service while performing tire and basic maintenance services in a busy shop environment.
You’ll inspect, install, rotate, and balance tires, perform oil changes, and help customers understand recommended services for their vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect tires and related components to ensure safety and drivability.

  • Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires according to company standards.

  • Perform oil changes and other basic lube and preventative maintenance services.

  • Follow all Ice Cold Air safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members, answering questions and explaining services in a friendly, professional manner.


Qualifications
  • Some professional experience removing, installing, and servicing tires
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift and work in a fast-paced shop environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
  • Must posses your own tools
