Smith Personnel is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Pallet Jack Driver / Material Handler to join a warehouse team in the South Fort Worth area. This position is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who are committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Wrap, label, and stage products for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory support duties.
- Operate electric and manual pallet jacks and a baler safely.
- Assist with warehouse organization and maintain a clean work environment.
- Inspect and report damaged products or equipment promptly.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating electric and manual pallet jacks.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Schedule
Monday – Thursday
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
Facility is closed on Fridays.
