Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one companionship and support to clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in their favorite activities
Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to our office staff
Collaborate with our experienced team to create personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field (or willingness to learn and grow with our team)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
FBI and background clearances
Work Environment:
As a Caregiver with Upscale Home Care, you will work in clients' homes, providing personalized support and care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to creating a secure and comforting atmosphere that allows our clients to thrive.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
