Truck Loader (Second Shift)
Job Description
Streamline Glass, a privately-owned glass manufacturer is seeking a reliable and efficient Truck Loader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and securing glass products onto our trucks, supporting operational efficiency. Please note that this position will begin on first shift (approx. 8:00 am to 4:00 pm), and then transition to second shift (approx. 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm) within 4-6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load goods from trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Verify the accuracy of shipments against shipping documents
- Ensure that items are loaded securely to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain a clean and organized loading area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Assist with inventory management and organization
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors

Requirements:- Ability to routinely lift 75lbs and under
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading equipment (training provided)
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
