Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Come join our fantastic team! We are a well-established, high volume 3 doctor small animal practice located in central Scottsdale. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, efficient, self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality who loves people just as much as pets.

Your duties will include but are not limited to managing multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, interacting with clients, processing payments and general cleaning duties. We are open Monday-Friday from 7:00am until 5:00pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday and do not do boarding or grooming. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule and open availability.

Covetrus Pulse and reception experience are a plus. Full-time benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, a generous personal pet care discount and uniform allowance after a probationary period. Compensation depends on experience.
