Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This role requires heavy lifting, effective communication, and strong teamwork skills to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to move and organize inventory.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to fulfill orders and complete shipping/receiving tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with team members and supervisors to support operational goals.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50lbs) regularly throughout the shift.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
