Service Foreman

We are looking for a Roofing Service/Repair Foreman with knowledge of various roofing systems to join our team. In this role one you must be able make repairs to TPO, Modified, and Built Up Roofs, repair recommendations, perform evaluations and roofing preventative maintenance to low slope roofing systems.

You must be professional, presentable, and a good communicator as you will be dealing directly with clients on a daily basis.

What you'll do:

• Always follow safety on the job and while driving.
• Inspect problem roofs, perform roof repair, and preventative maintenance.
• Clean and maintain equipment and area.
• Communication: Speaks clearly and calmly with owners in all situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
• Manage difficult and emotional customers; Responds promptly to customer needs.
• Professionalism: Approaches others in a tactful manner; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

• Drives a company vehicle to projects/repair jobs on a daily basis.

What you'll need:

• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Roofing experience and/or repair experience.
• Ability to torch modified and weld single ply roofing systems.
• Driver's License (REQUIRED).
• 21 years of age or older (REQUIRED to drive company vehicle).
• Ability to travel when local work is not available.
• Ability to work overtime when required.

Physical Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time on a regular basis throughout the day.
• Must be able to frequently ascend/descend ladder up to 40 feet.
• Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
• Load and unload material and equipment from variant heights.
• Load material and equipment from vehicles on and off the roof.
• Lift heavy objects by hand or with a host and clean work area.
• Shovel loose materials such as gravel.
