We provide residential and commercial foundation repair, commercial caulking, and waterproofing solutions throughout Kansas. Our team is committed to delivering quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and safe, reliable solutions on every project.

What You’ll Do

Our crews work across two core divisions. Depending on the position offered, your responsibilities may include the following:

Foundation Repair

• Assist with excavation, digging, and trenching around residential and commercial structures.
• Install piers, wall braces, and other structural stabilization systems.
• Perform concrete mixing, pouring, and site preparation.
• Repair and reinforce residential and commercial foundations.
• Lead or assist crew members in completing projects safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Commercial Caulking & Waterproofing

• Assist with caulking, sealing, and waterproofing commercial buildings.
• Prepare surfaces and apply sealants to joints, windows, and exterior panels.
• Work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding as required.
• Help protect buildings from water intrusion and long-term damage.
• Lead or assist crew members while maintaining quality workmanship and a safe work environment.

General Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
• Represent IWP Foundation Repair professionally on every jobsite.

What We’re Looking For

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to meet the company’s driving requirements.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Construction experience is a plus but not required for Skilled Laborer positions.
• Candidates considered for Crew Leader positions should have demonstrated construction experience and leadership abilities.
