Our servers play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during dinner service and banquet events. This position involves direct customer service in a fast-paced environment, working as part of a larger team, and supporting seamless food service operations. Candidates should be comfortable using basic serving tools and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and team collaboration. This role is primarily on-site with no travel to off-site events and offers opportunities for advancement within food service, including cross-training and supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and friendly food service to breakfast guests
• Assist customers with orders and respond to inquiries
• Take accurate orders and process payments when needed
• Set and clear tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and banquet areas
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Support banquet events, primarily on-site
• Use basic serving tools to facilitate food and beverage delivery
• Upsell menu items to increase sales

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food service
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Effective time management
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Cash handling and order processing experience

We are a casual fine dining restaurant, seeking experienced candidates with a passion for culinary arts. Our ideal candidates have worked in a fast paced (not to be confused with fast food) environment, paying equal attention to each plate's flavor profiles, presentation, and preparation. Recent relevant experience is must.
