F&B Cook

Join the culinary team at Angler's Hotel – Miami Beach! We're seeking a dependable and passionate Cook who takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. In this role, you'll support our breakfast service, pool dining, Habana Restaurant, and special events, helping create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist with food preparation for breakfast, pool service, Habana Restaurant, and special events.
• Ensure meals are prepared, plated, and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products following food safety guidelines.
• Monitor food quality and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support kitchen opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and Food & Beverage teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• At least one year of experience in a commercial kitchen, hotel, restaurant, or similar food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality and consistency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic English communication skills preferred; Spanish is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and safely operate commercial kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to hot surfaces, steam, and kitchen equipment.
