We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable Full-Time Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing exceptional meals. What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station before, during, and after service.
• Ensure every plate is prepared accurately, consistently, and presented with care.
• Work efficiently during high-volume lunch and dinner service while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper portioning.
• Assist with food preparation, inventory, stocking, and kitchen organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout each shift.
• Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Support a positive, respectful, and team-oriented kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience is preferred.
• Experience in an Italian restaurant is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
