Professional Lead Mover

Job Description:

Win-Win Moving Solutions is looking for hardworking, reliable people to join our team as Professional Lead Movers. You'll be in charge of leading a crew through a move from start to finish, loading and unloading furniture and household goods safely, and making sure every customer gets treated right along the way. This job is physical, fast-paced, and rewarding if you take pride in doing things the right way.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and run moves from start to finish
• Lead a moving crew to work efficiently while keeping morale high
• Work directly with customers to handle their needs, communicate clearly, take payments, and solve problems on the fly
• Stay in contact with the back office throughout the job
• Drive a 26 foot commercial box truck
• Follow DOT regulations
• Keep track of equipment and inventory

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs regularly
• Prior moving experience required
• Must be 21 or older
• Commercial driving experience with large vehicles over 10,000 lbs
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Schedule:
Monday through Saturday, day shift, morning shift, flexible hours as needed. Sundays off.
