About the Role
We're seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Repair Technician for our Cheektowaga, NY store to diagnose and fix phones, tablets, and other devices with quality and speed.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair phones and tablets — screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and more
- Test devices before and after repair to ensure quality
- Track parts inventory and keep the repair workspace clean and organized
- Communicate repair status and timelines clearly
What We're Looking For
- Phone/tablet repair experience preferred (or strong technical/mechanical aptitude — we'll train the right person)
- Comfortable with small parts and precise, hands-on work
- Reliable, punctual, and available weekends
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
