Aerospace Fabricator/Machine Operator

With our ongoing growth, we are looking to have an Aerospace Production Team Member join our team on day shift.
Aerospace Fabricator/Machine Operator Job Description:
- · Set up and operate machine tools such as stamping presses, drill presses, milling machines and grinders to produce parts to specified dimensions and finishes
- · Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear
- · Perform secondary operations, such as deburring, surface finishing, cleaning, and qualifying of metal parts
- · Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- · Assist in troubleshooting tooling and/or machine production issues
Aerospace Fabricator/Machine Operator Requirements:
- · Ability to set up and operate machine tools to produce parts that are within customer specifications
- · Ability to interpret blueprints and customer specifications to ensure conforming parts
- · Individuals must have an advanced understanding of fabrication and tooling principles, along with relevant hands-on experience
- · High school or equivalent education
- · Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- · Be very detail oriented
- · Have excellent attendance
- · Being a self-starter with good work habits and the desire to learn

Aerospace Fabricator/Machine Operator Wages:
- · Wages commensurate with experience
- · Shift Premium for Afternoon Shift
- · Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
- · Overtime may be required
