OTR Drivers are essential for transporting goods efficiently across local, regional, and national routes, often undertaking overnight solo or team driving assignments. As owner-operators, they manage their vehicles and schedules with professionalism and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform long-haul driving on local, regional, and national routes
• Secure cargo to ensure safe transport
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
• Comply with DOT safety regulations and company policies
• Manage load planning and fuel consumption effectively
• Use Motive platform for trip management and communication

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience
• Valid DOT physical certification
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial driving and vehicle inspections
• Strong time management and safety compliance skills
• Effective communication abilities
