Occupational Therapist – Home Care in Bronx County, NY

Full-Time | Fee-for-Service | Salary: $105-$110,000/year | $75+ per visit

The Royal Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our growing home care team. As an OT, you’ll help patients regain independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance their overall quality of life in the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, assessing physical, cognitive, and functional abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living and work activities

• Educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and safe home modifications

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members

• Document all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress accurately

Qualifications

• Current New York State Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)

• Experience in occupational therapy (home health experience preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
