Senior Litigation Attorney
Job Description
A recognized reginal law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Defense Litigation Attorney to join their team, which handles a variety of general liability and complex and/or commercial litigation matters.
The salary range for the role is 150-195k base with additional structured bonus earnings on a standard billable target of 1800. The firm offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, unlimited PTO, 401k plus company match, transportation benefits and other perks.
They offer a flexible hybrid work structure, allowing attorneys to regularly work-from-home weekly if desired.
Future partnership is outlined from the start, for those interested in pursuing (not a requirement of the role).
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- 8+ years practicing as an Attorney in Washington State, with some experience handling insurance defense matters a plus
- Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
- Active Washington Bar license, in good standing
- Strong motions practice and legal writing skills
- Experience taking and defending deposition, mediations, arbitrations and trial, preferred
- Trial experience as a 1st chair, highly valued but not required
